We specialize in Fix & Flips, thereby reducing urban and suburban blight and adding value to communities in the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia area, colloquially known as the DMV, and the Mid-Atlantic region. With millions in capital resources, we can fund every good deal we are presented with. We allow investors to better leverage their capital because it’s not tied up in self-financing their own deals and we can close in as little as three to seven days post-appraisal.
 
Unlike a traditional funding source, private money lends on the value of the asset and the good deal our client has under contract, not on the borrower’s employment history, income, or credit score. MMFF helps clients who may not qualify for traditional funding or who simply desire a less stringent application process.
 
Fix & hold, cash-out refinancing, bridge, wholesale, and ground-up loans are also considered on a case-by-case basis.
